CSM划痕测试仪器专门用于定量测定薄膜材料的机械性质:膜基结合强度、涂层失效形式以及基体变形尺度等。划痕测试仪综合多种高精度传感器定量测定膜基系统的各种重要参数,是科学研究和工业研发质检领域不可或缺的工具。
划痕测试技术:针头在试样表面划出一条精确控制的破坏痕迹。划痕针头材料通常为金刚石或硬质合金,它以恒定加载,阶梯加载或线性加载方式划过测试材料表面。 薄膜将在某一临界载荷处失效,临界载荷处的失效形式可以非常精确地由各种集成的传感器和成像工具来测量。除各种成像工具外,划痕测试仪同时集成正向载荷、切向载荷、穿透深度和声发射信号数据。这些测量信号与成像工具观察的综合分析结果,构成了各种膜基系统破坏形式的唯一标识。 |
