The Micro-Hardness Tester is ideally suited to the measurement of thin hard coatings, thick soft coatings and bulk materials. It provides accurate and reproducible values for the hardness and elastic modulus of a material.
The Micro-Hardness Tester can be used for bulk materials and coatings such as PVD and CVD hard coating and ceramic surface layers.
