スクラッチ試験

CSM Instruments スクラッチテスタは薄膜やコーティング表面の機械的特性、たとえば密着性や破壊特性、変形特性などを評価するための専用試験機です。多様な補完的な手法を用いて、膜/基板系の特性評価や摩擦や密着力などのパラメータの定量化が可能です。研究・開発や品質管理に有用なツールです。
スクラッチテスタは、測定領域に置いた鋭利なチップ先端に一定の荷重をかけて引っかき試験を行う技術です。通常はダイヤモンドか硬質金属(WC)を用いたチップでコーティング表面を所定の荷重を保ったまま、あるいは連続的に荷重を増やしながらスクラッチします。
