ナノインデンテーションテスタは、ナノ・マクロレベルでの押し込み深さによって表面の機械的特性データが得られるよう設計されています。本ナノインデンタは、有機材料、無機材料、軟質材料、硬質材料およびコーティングの特性評価に利用できます。たとえば、薄膜・多層のPVDCVDPECVD膜、フォトレジスト、塗料、ラッカー、その他さまざまな薄膜やコーティングの特性評価などです。金属材料、半導体、ガラス、セラミックス、複合材料、バイオ・ミメティック(生物模倣)材料やバイオ材料を含む、硬質、軟質のバルク材料表面の機械的特性評価にも有用です。
