マイクロスクラッチテスタは、5μm以下の薄膜やコーティングの密着力の評価に幅広く使用できます。有機材料、無機材料、軟質および硬質のコーティングの分析評価に利用でき、その用途は薄膜・多層膜のPVD・CVD・PECVD膜、フォトレジスト、塗料、ラッカーなど広範です。光学用途からマイクロエレクトロニクス用途、保護膜、装飾膜まで、工業用および研究用として利用いただけます。金属合金、半導体、ガラス、反射材、有機材料など、硬質あるいは軟質の基材にも適用できます。
