Unser Ultra-Nano Härteprüfgerät setzt den Benchmark bezüglich Genauigkeit auf dem Markt. Die instrumentierte Eindringprüfung ist Teil einer neuen Gerätegeneration, die auch unter dem Oberbegriff “Depth-Sensing Indentation (DSI)“ bekannt ist. Die Eindringtiefe wird bei diesen Geräten kontinuierlich als Funktion der Last während eines Eindringversuchs aufgezeichnet.

Diese Technologie ist seit einiger Zeit weitverbreitet, um Materialeigenschaften in nanoskalierten Messbereichen zu bestimmen, beispielsweise Härte und E-Modul. Angesichts der Messbereiche für Eindringtiefe (nm) und Last (µN), ist die Messgenauigkeit der Eindringtiefe und Prüflast von entscheidender Bedeutung; insofern hat die Sicherheit der zugehörigen Last- und Tiefenmessungen einen direkt Einfluss auf die Messgenauigkeit. CSM Instruments hat daher einen neuen hochauflösenden Nanoindenter mit niedrigstem Thermischen Driftverhalten vorgestellt.
